The client for this project desired a new look and feel for his hair salon/spa business. A new 3 story building was realized with the 1st floor/mezzanine and 2nd floor to be used for the business and the 3rd floor to be used for another synergistic use. The building was conceived as a very light and transparent structure, utilizing a curtain wall system, thus allowing an abundance of natural light into the space and creating drama for the street.
